These classes will be structured and will give all levels of ability the opportunity to work on flexibility, strength & conditioning, whilst developing their gymnastics skills on a variety of apparatus (including bars, beam, vault) along the way. Each gymnast will be challenged according to their own ability. Each session will be focused on a particular skill or piece of apparatus to bring variation to the sessions throughout the holidays. These classes are open for members AND non members to book onto.
Camp notes
Gymnasts should wear unrestrictive clothing such as leotards, shorts/tshirts, leggings/joggers. Long hair must be tied up and no jewellery to be worn (new piercings only and these must be taped prior to arrival). Please bring a water bottle.
These are drop off sessions so please ensure your gymnast arrives 5 minutes before the start time to register and collect them promptly from outside the door at the end of the session (to avoid congestion in the small space within the gym and so that a coach can check out during handover).
Cancellations/Refunds: Regrettably we are unable to offer full refunds for any cancellations, due to the bank fees incurred in every transaction. Cancellations must be notified no less than 24 hours before the start of the class, in which case a refund (less £2 administration fee) will be issued.
